Current pricing is available on our Floor Plans page and is updated regularly. The listed price is the base monthly rent, and every home includes one complimentary reserved parking space.

Our homes feature stainless steel appliances, full-size in-home washers and dryers, oversized windows, spacious floor plans, 9-foot ceilings, and vaulted ceilings in select top-floor homes. Community amenities include a seasonal heated pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center, secure parcel locker room, playground, sports court, and an off-leash dog park.

Yes! Wildreed welcomes up to two pets per home. Breed restrictions apply. Pet costs include a $200 refundable deposit, a $300 one-time fee, and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Residents and their pets can also enjoy our on-site dog park.

We currently offer 12-month lease terms. At this time, short-term leases are not available.

To apply, click "Apply Now" at the top of our website. The application fee is $63.50 per applicant. Applicants must have a monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the rent and complete a credit and background screening.

Yes! Every apartment home includes one complimentary reserved parking space. Additional carports and garages are available to rent. Guest parking is also available throughout the community; however, this is strictly for guest use not resident use.

Utilities are billed separately from rent. Water, sewer, garbage, pest control, and common area gas and electric are billed monthly through the community based on an allocation method. Electricity for your home is billed directly by the utility provider.

Wildreed is not a gated community. However, we have a nightly courtesy patrol that helps monitor the property after hours.

Wildreed is located within the Everett School District. Nearby schools include Emerson Elementary School, Evergreen Middle School, and Cascade High School. Higher education and childcare options are also nearby, including Everett Community College and Starbright Early Learning Center.

Wildreed is conveniently located near I-5, making commuting throughout the area easy, no matter where your destination is. We're also close to local bus routes, Paine Field Airport, the Lynnwood Light Rail Station, and nearby park-and-ride locations.

Residents enjoy convenient access to a variety of local dining and entertainment options, including Fresa Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar, Emory's on Silver Lake, Blazing Crawfish, Angels Chicken & Softer, and Dumpling World. Nearby attractions include Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park, Angel of the Winds Arena, Lighthouse Park, Everett Memorial Stadium, as well as grocery stores such as Trader Joe's, Sprouts Farmers Market, Safeway, and everyday shopping just minutes away.
